Luciano Marcolino is an award-winning barista many times over, and brings his love of coffee to another quality cafe in Christchurch. Having rebuilt Luciano Espresso Bar in the City after the Canterbury earthquakes, Luciano has joined forces with “Q” at Strange Bandit to breathe fresh new air into the city’s northwestern cafe scene.

Q’s passion for all things coffee comes a close match to his business partner and mentor Luciano. Q has already racked up his own line of awards since beginning work with Luciano’s team on Moorhouse Av a while back, covering barista skills and coffee art. Strange Bandit is Q’s dream to run his own cafe come true.
